Black and white is very chic. Having an abundance of white Phalaenopsis orchids in contrast to the black vases created a dramatic look for this black-and-white themed event. Guest were dressed in 'chanel-esque' black and white, adding the finishing touch to this glamorous gala.

Press: Equestrian Elegance, Snippet and Ink
We are extremely excited to be featured on the blog, Snippet and Ink! This wedding was rustic, casual, and fun, yet elegant and very "Ralph Lauren Polo-esque." There were so many thoughtful details that were put into this wedding to create this truly beautiful set up. Just to name a few-- the use of the plaid pattern, tractor wheel chandelier, butterfly favor, and the riding boots for the bride. The orange parrot tulips used in the bridal bouquet and the centerpieces were perfect to accentuate this summer wedding. We'd like to thank the phenomenal wedding planner, Shannon Leahy for designing this look, and Larissa Cleveland for producing the gorgeous images.

Thank you YWD (Your Wedding Day) Magazine for featuring us on your blog. Michael Daigian Design sponsored YWD magazine's spring/summer 2009 Release party at the Wildflower Linen Showroom. What a great party it was, with fabulous food and wine. The zucchini centerpiece by Michael Daigian, illuminated expertly, was the perfect idea for such a fun party. Wedding: Ferry Building
We are very pleased with the overall look of this wedding that we just did at the Ferry Building. Although yellow isn't usually the normal color choice for a wedding, it looked great in the airy space of the building, in combination with the gold fixtures and the sunlight entering through the ceiling. The second story of the building is open and airy, with a high ceiling. To create the perceptions of both depth and height, we intermixed tall and low centerpieces. The gilded structures and metallic arches reveal the unique architecture of this landmark, and the open vista to the bustling artisan food vendors below, with a view of a striking mosaic of the Great Seal of the State of California on the walkway's tiled floor, makes the location a unique niche for special events.
